What Does Chiropractic Care Cost?
IF YOU HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE...
...which covers chiropractic, we require you pay any co-pay, deductible, or co-insurance on your first visit. Your insurance will be billed for the services you receive. Payment of co-pays and portions not covered by insurance are due weekly. If payment arrangements need to be made, please speak to the office staff or doctor. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and checks are accepted. Not sure of your insurance benefits? We accept the following insurance policies:

IF YOU WERE INJURED ON THE JOB...
We will bill the State of Washington or self-insured company directly. Please tell the office staff if you have been treated by another doctor for this injury.
IF YOU WERE INJURED IN AN AUTOMOBILE COLLISION...
We will bill your Personal Injury Protection (PIP) coverage on your automobile policy.
IF YOU ARE COVERED BY MEDICARE...
We request that you “pay as you go.” We are not assigned with Medicare. We will bill Medicare and you will receive reimbursement directly from them. If you have a supplemental insurance, we will bill that company after Medicare has paid on the claim. If you have a Med Advantage plan will bill them directly if we are providers on that plan.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE...
...which covers chiropractic, we request that you “pay as you go” or make special financial arrangements with our office staff or the doctor.
